The packages are conveyed to the case erector, taping machine, marking machine, and labeling machines, ensuring continuity and synchronization throughout the line.
Next, the boxes are inspected by photoelectric sensors that verify proper closure. Conforming products are sent to the spiral conveyor and storage, while non-conforming products are automatically diverted to the reject area.
Sensors distributed throughout the system constantly monitor the flow to prevent backlogs and maintain production continuity.
