The line is designed to combine multiple production streams and direct them toward a single output in a fully synchronized manner.
Packages from three lines are synchronized via timing conveyors equipped with photoelectric sensors and progressively merged into a single continuous stream.
The system automatically adjusts the speed to prevent backlogs and ensure smooth, consistent merging along the entire line.
The product is then sent to the X-ray machine and the checkweigher for the final inspection stages.
PACKAGING
In the packaging industry, automated handling lines are a key factor in production efficiency, where the integration of conveyor systems and packaging machines helps increase speed, precision, and operational continuity. These applications involve a wide variety of products and require flexible, customized solutions capable of adapting to different formats, orientations, and production rates. The systems developed by MORC2 enable high production rates, synchronize multiple feed lines, maintain proper product orientation, and ensure uninterrupted flow. From merging and dynamic splitting operations to accumulation, diversion, and transport systems along complex paths, every solution is designed to ensure reliability, integration, and maximum operational flexibility.
The use of servo-driven systems, high-speed sensors, and advanced control logic also allows for optimized performance and improved overall management of production flows.
