The line is designed to automatically divide the product into multiple lanes, maintaining a continuous flow despite the random arrival of product from the upstream line.
The solution incorporates three conveyors, each with a specific function: the first receives the product, the second creates a constant, spaced-out flow, and the third regulates the flow of products before the final sorting.
Movable guides, high-speed photoelectric sensors, and brushless motors enable the system to dynamically track the product and direct it to the correct lane. The diverter is capable of processing up to 1,500 products per minute, ensuring precise distribution and high reliability even with very small products.
