This line is designed to handle rigid containers of various sizes, ensuring operational continuity and optimized production flows. The solution is used for handling plastic baskets, with automated control of the washing, drying, and tipping phases, as well as diverting the product to dedicated lines or filling machines. The process is completed by a final automatic stacking system.
The configuration can also be adapted for transporting cardboard boxes—without the need for tipping—and integrates easily with existing forming machines and production lines.
The system ensures multi-format handling, with flow control via photoelectric sensors and pneumatic stops, offering high flexibility in layout configuration.
NON FOOD
In the non-food sector, automated material handling must manage highly diverse products, such as rigid containers, boxes, cartons, or bulk goods, characterized by variable dimensions, weights, and feeding methods.
MORC2 designs flexible and modular lines, capable of adapting to any production environment and ensuring operational continuity, flow control, and integration between the various machines on the line.
The solutions developed range from crate and box handling using elevating, tilting, and diverting systems, to the management of unpaced products and multi-lane lines equipped with buffers and dynamic sorting systems. Every system is custom-designed based on speed, product type, accumulation logic, and quality controls, with the goal of ensuring efficiency, reliability, and maximum adaptability over time.
