A line designed for handling bulk or packaged cookies, developed to preserve product integrity and ensure continuous production. The system transports cookies from the ovens to four packaging machines via a partially overhead configuration featuring multiple-stream management and accumulation systems. The central component of the system is the dynamic accumulation buffer, designed to automatically compensate for flow variations between production and packaging. In the event of stoppages or slowdowns, the buffer allows the product to be temporarily stored and automatically restores line continuity.
The solution also integrates dust collection systems and safety devices to ensure reliability and a clean operating environment.
FOOD
In the food industry, material handling must adapt to a wide variety of products and processes. Bulk or packaged, fresh or cooked, dry or wet products require solutions capable of managing highly diverse characteristics and behaviors. Systems must guarantee operational continuity, reliability, and gentle product handling, preserving its quality and integrity throughout all phases of the process.
Added to this are high standards of hygiene and food safety, which are fundamental in every application within the sector.
MORC2 develops tailor-made automated lines designed to integrate with the plant’s upstream and downstream machines, optimize production flows, and improve overall efficiency, reducing waste and downtime.
