A system designed for the automatic handling and packaging of loose hamburger buns, developed to ensure continuous flow and high operational efficiency. The line includes an elevator for transferring the product to an elevated position, conveyor belts for flow management, and an alignment and timing system (Aligner) that properly organizes and distributes the buns along the line. The product is then conveyed to the packaging machine for placement into blister packs of 6 units, ensuring gentle handling, precise positioning, and continuous production.
