An automated line designed for handling fresh pasta, whether loose or packaged, developed to ensure continuous production, flow control, and maximum care for the product. The solution consists of three integrated lines (A, B, and C) that handle packages of various sizes using Intralox conveyors, multi-lane diverters, and automatic alignment systems. After quality control, the products are automatically sorted, compacted, and distributed to the pasteurization and cooling stages, maintaining a constant and synchronized flow throughout the entire process. The line is designed to integrate with the machinery upstream and downstream of the plant, ensuring high reliability and preserving product quality and integrity.
