Handling multipacks requires systems capable of managing different formats, maintaining the correct product orientation, and ensuring continuity even at high speeds.
The line receives the flowpacks from a packaging machine and distributes them to two dedicated lines. The horizontal line uses a “Mulinello” accumulator to create multipacks of 2 or 3 packages, while the vertical line incorporates a “Triple-Belt” system for forming multipacks of 4 or 5 packages.
The products are then transferred to accumulation systems and synchronizing conveyors to ensure the correct feed rate to the downstream machine.
The solution ensures handling of multiple formats, correct product orientation, and continuous flow throughout the entire line.
PACKAGING
In the packaging industry, automated handling lines are a key factor in production efficiency, where the integration of conveyor systems and packaging machines helps increase speed, precision, and operational continuity. These applications involve a wide variety of products and require flexible, customized solutions capable of adapting to different formats, orientations, and production rates. The systems developed by MORC2 enable high production rates, synchronize multiple feed lines, maintain proper product orientation, and ensure uninterrupted flow. From merging and dynamic splitting operations to accumulation, diversion, and transport systems along complex paths, every solution is designed to ensure reliability, integration, and maximum operational flexibility.
The use of servo-driven systems, high-speed sensors, and advanced control logic also allows for optimized performance and improved overall management of production flows.
