Elevator
The SANIFULL elevator is designed to facilitate the removal of components that come into contact with the product and to enable quick and effective cleaning. The closed-loop vulcanized belt can be removed by pulling it vertically, ensuring convenience and safety even on large-scale systems.
The modular system can be integrated with:
- motorized drive and return units
- configurable straight sections
- vertical curves from 15° to 75°
- removable panels
- hoppers and product recovery tanks
All internal components can be removed without keys or tools, reducing maintenance time and the time required to replace the belt.
The stainless steel structure, with finishes designed for sanitization and corrosion resistance, ensures maximum accessibility during cleaning operations.
Sorter
The SANIFULL series SORTER is designed to meet the needs of the food industry, combining affordability, ease of cleaning, and operational safety.
A system designed for the dynamic sorting of products using mobile carts. It controls direction, speed, and transfer times, ensuring high operational flexibility and compatibility with environments that have strict hygiene requirements. The SORTER allows products to be diverted and rotated toward another conveyor using mobile carriers mounted on a modular chain.
To ensure maximum accessibility during washing and sanitizing, the side panels have been redesigned with openings protected by removable covers equipped with safety microswitches. Removable drawers for waste collection are also available:
- drawer for daily cleaning
- drawer for periodic cleaning
The internal structure is designed to minimize stagnation points, hard-to-clean surfaces, and exposed components, while maintaining high structural rigidity. Materials with high mechanical and chemical resistance are used for the components:
- Stainless steel
- White PE1000
- Acetal for chains and pins
All stainless steel surfaces are treated with micro-shot peening and passivation to improve hygiene, corrosion resistance, and durability.
Switch
The SWITCH SANIFULL series device is designed to meet the needs of the food industry, combining affordability, ease of cleaning, and operational safety.
SWITCH enables lane switching on the same conveyor, managing one or more input lines and routing products according to the plant's needs.
