MORC2 has developed an automated line for handling components used in battery production, designed to ensure operational continuity, precision, and control of the production flow. The system incorporates tray loader systems for the automatic handling of process trays and a conveyor network consisting of motorized belts, elevators, and descenders for moving components between the various stations along the line. This automation optimizes cycle times, reduces manual intervention, and ensures efficient and controlled process management. All equipment is integrated into a single coordinated system, developed to ensure operational reliability, safety, and handling precision. Particular attention was paid to the specific requirements of battery production environments, which are characterized by particularly harsh operating conditions and the need to minimize the risk of contamination. Materials and components were selected to ensure corrosion resistance, long-term reliability, and consistent performance even in environments with extremely low humidity.
